The pavilion was constructed on a hillside in a city park, overlooking Lake Marble Falls. The new building adds conditioned space, stage, kitchen, and restroom facilities for events conducted in the park. Music festivals, boat races, civic meetings, weddings, seminars, revivals and other community gatherings are held in the pavilion, the connecting large outdoor patio and the park.
